Sessions are available from as early as 6.00AM and finish as late as 7.30PM, throughout the week. You can view our timetable upon request. You can also select your own session time at your own convenience with our One to One Training services.
Sessions are designed to be completed within a 35-45 minute timeframe for each workout.
Each session is guided by a Certified and Insured Personal Trainer, and for sessions with more than 6 clients within a particular session, multiple
trainers will be available
We take each client through a thorough screening process before commencing any vigorous exercise in their programs. The results of the screenings will determine whether the client needs further assessment from a particular specialist and what exercises can be prescribed for safe and effective progress towards the clients goals.
